Arbor Payments and Parent Portal Launch

Dear Parent/Carer,

The Beckmead Trust has transferred from ParentPay to Arbor. Arbor is our central information system that manages and processes data for the Trust.

Here you will be able to review your child’s account balances, make payments towards this account for meals and uniform and also view your child’s timetable. The Arbor App also allows you to register your child for trips and even check in on their progress.

You can find access to this via our school website. Please follow the link to the Parent-Carer Landing Page which you will find at the bottom of the home page. Then select Arbor Parent Portal. This will include set-up and how-to-get-started guides.
