For the first time in Chaffinch history, we have a Chaffinch Brook football team! This team comprises of Year 9, 10 and 11 students. Managed and coached by Miss Joy, Mr. Tyrus and Mr. Chris since September 2021. The students participated in their first ever tournament and they were a huge success. Playing against Under 16’s, the students won 3 games 3-1, 2-1 and 5-0 and lost 2 games 1-0 and 3-0. The students scored the most goals in their group and made us very proud as they displayed amazing teamwork and sportsmanship.
