 Tuesday 07:30 - 09:30 / 12:00 - 21:00 with a break included

 Wednesday 07:30 - 09:30 / 14:30 - 21:00 

 Thursday 07:30- 09:30 / 14:30 - 21:00

 Friday 07:30- 15:00 

Contract:  Fixed term until 31 August 2024

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and energetic Care Officer to join the staff team at our Primary Residential SEMH School, designated by Ofsted as Outstanding.

Applicants must be enthusiastic, with an understanding of and commitment to children with severe behavioural, social and emotional difficulties. The successful applicant will receive the relevant training and support required to become part of our dedicated and innovative team. You will need to be flexible, working shifts between the hours 07:30 - 21:00, Monday to Friday, term time plus 5 CPD days. 

Salary is based on annualised hours for 52.14 weeks per year.

Visits to the school are positively encouraged.

Wells Park is an Ofsted rated outstanding Residential Special Educational Needs School. We care for children aged between 5 and 11 years who have a range of complex needs associated with SEMH. At Wells Park we pride ourselves on providing a warm, homely and happy environment for all.
